I know that its a lot easier to find once your there. I'm just now learning to speak Latin spanish, and i'm sure I can find something humble within a few months. (Take a look at the many online BsAs realtors for prices.) You also wouldn't be able to eat out often or at all, which is one of the best parts of living here. But the tech scene does seem to be very strong.
