Spanish lesson #1: The World Wide Web

When giving a web adress, it's cumbersome to pronounce all nine syllables of www. So English-speakers have adopted the somewhat silly abbreviation of "dub-dub-dub." The same problem exists with Spanish, where "w" is pronounced "doble ve." The solution here, from the radio this morning: "triple doble ve." Clever.
